Colorado Christmas!

We had a great time with family in Colorado for Christmas! 15 people in my parents' house--it was always busy and loud, but lots of fun! Ben and I realized that vacations aren't real restful as this point in our lives, but they are still much needed and fun! We are so thankful for the time with my parents, my sister and brother-in-law and their four kids, and by brother and his girlfriend (now his fiance!!!!)

Our Gardinier Christmas tradition--a picture on the stairs Christmas morning!
We are quickly running out of room on the stairs!!

All the kids decorated a gingerbread house! They had a blast--and even got to eat a few pieces of candy! Rachel had the quote of the morning--"I don't have anywhere else to put this gumdrop, so I better eat it!" (Meanwhile the whole roof was empty and needed to be decorated!)

Below from Left to Right: Hailey (2), Trevor(3), Rachel(4) & Anna(6)

We had lots of snow, and it was cold!

Lydia's first time in the snow! She wasn't totally sure about it,
except that her face was freezing!

The kids (especially the girls) spent many hours in Grandma's dress-up clothes! Trev is the dinosaur, protecting all his ladies!! Hailey sure loved her older cousins, and wanted to be like Anna & Rachie! She since has started dressing up more at home! New stages of pretend play! What fun!

Two peas in a pod!! Trevor and Hailey made us laugh lots!

The boys! Bradyn was really smiling at Ryan and Trevor!
He can't wait to grow up and throw the ball with his cousins!

We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas, and that you were blessed as you enjoyed time with friends and family, celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior!
