We had a great family weekend! On Saturday we spent the morning at Matthews Alive in downtown Matthews. The girls got to ride a few rides and then we watched the parade! It was such a hot day, though, so we didn't last much after the parade!!
After naps, we went to the pool! The girls are loving swimming so much, and Bradyn can't get enough of the water himself!
On Sunday after church we went hiking with our good friends, the Roberts! The kids got to put their feet in and get wet! Hailey only wanted her feet wet--Lydia, on the other hand, couldn't get her whole body wet enough! It was a beautiful day and fun to be out in God's creation!
On Monday morning, we rode the train downtown Charlotte for a little outing. We found out when we got on the train that there was a parade in Charlotte at 11. So, we walked around a bit and then watch a few minutes of another parade. Not nearly as good as the Matthews one, though!
All in all, we had a great time as a family, but were missing our annual camping trip with the Kimbells!! Enjoy the pics!
