So, I'm trying to get up to speed on this blogging stuff and adding slide shows! This is my first attempt at a slide show of pictures, and you'll notice it got added twice and I can't figure out what happened to my captions!!! Oh Well! Enjoy the pictures from our family time in Myrtle Beach!
It was a great 2 weeks there with my parents and with Sarah and John and their kiddos. The kids had a great time. It took Hailey a few days to really warm up to the water and the waves--but by the 2nd week she was more comfortable and enjoying herself. She really loved the pool and is now doing great swimming on her own with a life vest.
Lydia, on the other hand, had no fear of the water! She loved it and in fact, we almost lost her once when she followed me out without me knowing it! Thankfully Grandpa caught her before she was swept over by a wave! She was fun to watch on the beach!
Bradyn loves to splash in the water. We had him in a little seat that kept him off the sand, so as to avoid mass quantities in his mouth! He especially liked napping under the umbrella--not a bad life!!
Thanks, Grandpa & Grandma for sharing your vacation with us. We had a great time with you all!
